Key tasks

Coordination and scheduling of team’s work on daily basis in accordance with the quality of services provided and guaranteed by Ibis brand

• Supervision and checking the cleanliness of the surrounding area.
  
• Evaluation of human and material resources in order to secure the smooth run of the department
  
• Constant supervision and maintenance of guaranteed quality of rooms, equipment and appliances
  
• Inventories keeping and regular checks of all the items
  
• Active contribution to setting up and using the budgets in accordance with set criteria
  
• Creation and use of progress reports
  
• Participation in recruitment processes, training and assessments of hotel housekeeping team members
