HR Administrator / management assistant

Job Description

- Preparing job contracts, contract changes, terminations, and other necessary documentation, and ensuring its quality archiving;

- Manage the efficiency of the HR systems (including files) by performing data integrity audits and ensuring errors are corrected quickly;

- Creating HR related content, updating it in the internal company process database

- Assist in all needed HR processes;

- Creating MS PowerPoint presentation;

- Event management.

Requirements

- Strong verbal and written communication skills;

- Perfect MS Excel skills;

- Good written and verbal communication skills in English;

- Ability to work accurately and to keep an eye on details;

- Degree in business, human resource management or any other related fields.
