HR and Training Specialist

Job Description

• To carry out Recruitment projects
• HR Administration (employment documentation and reporting)
• To plan and monitor Training budget
• To work on Customer Service and Debt Collection Department specialist knowledge improvement (including conducting internal trainings)
• To conduct Newcomer Trainings and provide support within probation period
• To manage administrative part of external trainings (apply for seminars and conferences as well as work with external partners)
• To Support management in HR and Training issues
• To share knowledge with other Company’s entities
• Reporting to local and Group Management

Requirements

• At least 2 year experience either in Training or HR Area, experience in conducting trainings will be considered as advantage
• University degree in Psychology , Human resources or other relevant field
• At least basic understanding about Customer Service and Debt Collection processes, experience in provide trainings for one of these or both areas will be considered as advantage
• Very good English knowledge (please send your CV in English)
• Good presentation and communication skills
