HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Our client, an international technology and manufacturing group, is looking for an HR Business Partner to join their team in Kaunas.

Supporting a community of approximately 60 employees working in various global roles, you will act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, helping create a positive employee experience while ensuring effective HR processes and people practices. This role combines strategic HR partnership with hands-on execution and offers the opportunity to contribute to both local and global HR initiatives.

• Partner with managers and employees on a broad range of people-related topics, including employee relations, performance, development, engagement, and organizational changes.
• Lead and coordinate the employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding, ensuring a positive employee experience.
• Drive and support key HR initiatives and projects related to performance management, talent development, compensation, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
• Ensure smooth HR operations, maintain employee documentation and HR records, and support internal activities.

• Proven experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, HR Manager, or similar role
• Experience working closely with managers and providing guidance on people-related matters.
• Solid understanding of core HR processes and employment practices.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
• University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field would be considered an advantage.
