Job Description

The new HR Business Partner will be responsible for the HR processes in the new company’s plant in Klaipeda, Lithuania. You will be working in a green field project with the knowledge transfer from our plant in Austria. Your main responsibilities will include: recruitment and selection of staff, onboarding, training and development, project management. You will be reporting to HR Head Poland and Baltics with dotted line to Plant Manager.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in HR Business Partner role

Experience in recruiting and training

Fluency in English

Ability to work independently, being well-organised

Project management skills

Nice to have:

Experience in mid-size manufacturing company

Blue collar recruitment experience

Experience in payroll management and understanding Lithuanian labor law

German language proficiency
