HR Business Partner (retail) / 2 year maternity leave substitute

Job Description

  • Working closely with the leaders of the Sales team on people topics and aiming to develop the leadership in an organization
  • Collecting and analyzing various data and insights to define people priorities
  • Developing and improving HR products, solutions and processes to deliver HR and overall company strategy
  • Acting as partial Center Of Expertise for Learning topic: taking care of effective organization's Induction process, including Stores and Head Office, conducting the trainings
  • Organizing PEPCO induction training
  • Analyzing PEPCO Store Development needs and co-creating local programs
  • Preparing reports on training and its quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • Experience of 3+ years in HR role
  • Experience of partnering leaders of the organization on people topics is seen as advantage
  • Interest in Training & Development topic
  • Advanced English and Lithuanian language skills
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills
