Job Description
- Working closely with the leaders of the Sales team on people topics and aiming to develop the leadership in an organization
- Collecting and analyzing various data and insights to define people priorities
- Developing and improving HR products, solutions and processes to deliver HR and overall company strategy
- Acting as partial Center Of Expertise for Learning topic: taking care of effective organization's Induction process, including Stores and Head Office, conducting the trainings
- Organizing PEPCO induction training
- Analyzing PEPCO Store Development needs and co-creating local programs
- Preparing reports on training and its quality
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Experience of 3+ years in HR role
- Experience of partnering leaders of the organization on people topics is seen as advantage
- Interest in Training & Development topic
- Advanced English and Lithuanian language skills
- Solid Microsoft Office skills
