Working closely with the leaders of the Sales team on people topics and aiming to develop the leadership in an organization
Collecting and analyzing various data and insights to define people priorities
Developing and improving HR products, solutions and processes to deliver HR and overall company strategy
Acting as partial Center Of Expertise for Learning topic: taking care of effective organization's Induction process, including Stores and Head Office, conducting the trainings
Organizing PEPCO induction training
Analyzing PEPCO Store Development needs and co-creating local programs
Preparing reports on training and its quality
Requirements
Bachelor degree
Experience of 3+ years in HR role
Experience of partnering leaders of the organization on people topics is seen as advantage
Interest in Training & Development topic
Advanced English and Lithuanian language skills
Solid Microsoft Office skills
