Job Description

NanoAvionics team is constantly growing and now they have reached a point where they would like to hire a partner who would help a further expansion of the business by managing existing human resources, finish implementing some of the HR processes as well as introducing important HR policies and procedures.

Main responsibilities:

  • Review existing situation and suggest changes accordingly;
  • Plan and develop the workforce to best use of employees' talents;
  • Develop policy, direct and coordinate human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, motivation system etc.;
  • Conducts wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate;
  • Develop and maintain a human resources system that meets top management information needs;
  • Coordinate management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety etc.  as well as plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals;
  • Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.

Requirements

  • Previous HR manager or BP experience (Preferably in IT or Production company);
  • Knowledge of Lithuanian Labor law and regulations regarding employment practices;
  • Ability to function with minimal direction. Escalate issues as appropriate with the required amount of urgency;
  • Ability to deal with team members with technical background;
  • Strong, determined and proactive personality.
