- Be partner for Barbora LT management team and provide day-to-day HR support in operational activities
- Manage core HR processes (sourcing, employment, performance management, remuneration, etc.) and ensure it supports company’s strategy and upcoming business needs
- Coach and develop managers’ skills in people management and self-efficiency
- Identify organization development needs and build development programs accordingly
- Be an ambassador of Barbora company and culture that is driven by its’ mission and values.
Requirements
- Have 3 - 5 years of experience in HR field
- Are team player with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Are shining star in prioritizing tasks and have strong time management skills
- Are fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Are big fan of dynamic environment and enthusiast of changes
- Are result driven, flexible and fast learner.
