HR COORDINATOR/OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Job Description

• Assistance with employment contracts, government filings and accounting related tasks, coordinating activity with our accounting firm
• Coordination of activities with US parent company
• Active participation in recruitment activities and HR duties (listing open positions, identifying candidates, interviewing candidates)
• Office administration
• Company events organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Economics
• 2+ years of experience in HR/office administration
• Fluent in English – both spoken and written
• Perfect computer skills (email, word processing, spreadsheets and social media)
• Good understanding of company financials
• Good understanding of legal dynamics of employment in Lithuania
