Job Description

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes;
  • Organize internal career days and other activities that enhances internal career moves;
  • Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met;
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives;
  • Promote HR development programs to organization;
  • Assist in development and implementation of HR policies;
  • Undertake tasks around performance management;
  • Consult managers on annual employee performance reviews;
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities;
  • Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units;
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention;
  • Conduct exit interviews and maintain the records;
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise;
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates;
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment and/or HR field (1+ years);
  • Very good English language skills and ability to converse in a professional manner with Stakeholders and Hiring Managers as well as new Company employees;
  • Experience or high motivation to organize and coordinate internal events;
  • “Out of the box” thinking regarding employer branding, onboarding, comp&ben, learning&dev and exit interviews;
  • Common sense and ownership!

Take note, that the Company is looking for a person, who can work on temporary contract (6 months), after which You will be considered and possibly offered a position in-house.
