Job Description
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes;
- Organize internal career days and other activities that enhances internal career moves;
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met;
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives;
- Promote HR development programs to organization;
- Assist in development and implementation of HR policies;
- Undertake tasks around performance management;
- Consult managers on annual employee performance reviews;
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities;
- Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units;
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention;
- Conduct exit interviews and maintain the records;
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise;
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates;
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment and/or HR field (1+ years);
- Very good English language skills and ability to converse in a professional manner with Stakeholders and Hiring Managers as well as new Company employees;
- Experience or high motivation to organize and coordinate internal events;
- “Out of the box” thinking regarding employer branding, onboarding, comp&ben, learning&dev and exit interviews;
- Common sense and ownership!
Take note, that the Company is looking for a person, who can work on temporary contract (6 months), after which You will be considered and possibly offered a position in-house.
