Job Description

• Manage international recruitment process
• Develope and monitor overall HR policies and procedures across the organization
• Prepare or update employment documents related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
• Manage the organization’s employee database
• Provide company-wide information by interpreting people data and analysing figures on staff turnover, cost per hire etc.
• Perform benefits administration
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice
• Complete other tasks assigned by HR Manager.

Requirements

• Strong experience in similar role
• Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
• Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping
• General knowledge of employment laws and best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
