HR Manager

SBA Furniture Company (Klaipeda) is currently looking for an HR Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Together with SBA group Managers, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall SBA business strategy;
• Nurture a positive working environment and overall company culture;
• Implement and manage company employee development, training, career and turnover planning processes;
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital;
• Organize all HR team workload, coach and motivate;
• Initiate and execute new HR projects;
• Actively engage in international development projects;
• Responsible for C-level and other executive talent sourcing and attracting.

• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR executive (3+ years) preferably in a production company or company group;
• Experience in implementing and leading large scale HR projects;
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills;
• People oriented and results driven;
• Good English and Russian language skills;
• Able to travel frequently.
