Job Description

  • Own OKR: 100% effective team
  • Interview with potential candidates  
  • New employee’s onboarding
  • Team education and development plans
  • Provide wise counsel to the business and successfully influence and support strategies to meet our business objectives.
  • Incorporate our culture through behavior and interactions
  • Promote constructive feedback and help create an inclusive workplace

Requirements

  • Some internal HR experience (at least 1-2 years)
  • Recruitment experience (at least 1-2 years)
  • Huge passion for HR (see it as a part to grow business, not just to entertain the team)
  • Passion for the business and to be driven to accomplish and meet objectives
