Develop and execute the HR strategy for the company/business unit
Manage the Recruitment and Selection process
Support in onboarding new people
Driving the HR agenda in the business unit (including both hourly and salaried employees)
Identify and deploy impactful people strategies and policies that enable the new organization to perform effectively and scale efficiently as it grows (Strategic HR)
Ensure stakeholder management across all levels of the organization
Guide and support first-line leaders in yearly HR cycle processes and salary regulations
Nurture a positive working environment
Identification of training needs for managers
Play an active role in the company’s senior management team
Requirements
Excellent communication skills. Especially with blue color
Preferably experience with hiring BY and UA
Experience with general HR disciplines incl. Lithuanian labor law
Experience with organizational transformation and change management
Strong people leadership competencies
University Degree in Business or HR
Fluency in Lithuanian and English
Has genuine project experience with development and implementation of leadership development in a larger organization
Outgoing personality and ability to create good relationships at all levels of the organization
Is a skilled communicator, is trustworthy and has substantial personal power
Is committed and thrives in a fast-paced and varied professional environment
Is independent, takes responsibility for own tasks and works in a structured way
Want to work hard to win as a team
