Responsible for the relationship with employees together with the line management team which is at Country level;
Leads the co-ordination of all HR resources to develop and implement HR strategy, programs and processes;
Helps shape and develop global HR strategy and contributes to the development of new HR initiatives.
Experience in several HR functional areas – at least 3 years;
Good knowledge of Lithuanian Labor law;
Fluency in English;
Experience in IT company would be an advantage.
