Job Description

  • Responsible and oversee all HR initiatives, systems and strategies for production company (200+ employees)
  • with small team of HR specialists manage day to day HR service activities including, but not limited to: payroll and HR administration, labour relations, recruitment
  • Designing and delivering solutions that meet the needs of the business in the areas of compensation & benefits; talent attraction and retention, people development, performance  management, organizational design and wellbeing/H&S
  • Provide expert advice and guidance across a range of HR to the site management team with the alignment to company values and local legislation
  • Coach and build the capability of managers to anticipate organizational issues and support them in developing business solutions
  • Ensure positive work culture by providing support to managers regarding employment practices and policies to enhance employee engagement and ultimately improve performance,
  • Participate in relevant projects, leading and championing the people's agenda.
  • Recognize, investigate, and resolve employee relations issues in an effective and timely manner
  • Partner with other global HR team members to develop a strategic, integrated HR plan.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development;
  • 3 + years of experience in Human Resources senior/independent positions. Preferred candidates with experience in production company.
  • Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation & benefits, employee relations, talent development, H&S and change management
  • Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement, preferred.
  • Very good Lithuanian and English language skills, Russian as an advantage.
