HR Manager – Vilnius GBS

Job Description

Our client Outokumpu is looking to employ a dedicated HR Manager who would act as a Team Leader for the GBS based HR employees as well as implement and manage Outokumpu Group HR processes and policies in accordance with company guidance and set priorities.

Individual accountabilities

  • Responsible for resource management including FTE planning, recruitment, talent management and professional development of employees;
  • Support and challenge managers in people management and leadership topics;
  • Manages and implements Group wide HR initiatives, processes and policies locally;
  • Ensures HR IT systems as used following the Group expectations;
  • Ensures compliance with Lithuanian labour law and rules and regulations in the country;
  • Acts as a Team Leader for the GBS based HR employees with a reporting line to GBS Site Manager;

Shared accountabilities

  • Participation in HR functional projects as GBS HR representative
  • Participation in business projects as HR representative

Key linkages & interfaces / most important stakeholders

  • Outokumpu HR community;
  • Group / Function representatives receiving services from the Shared Service Center;
  • Recruiting agencies, universities, local authorities, investment agency, local recruiting and HR forums;

Requirements

  • Degree in applicable field with  3-5 years relevant experience of working  in HR, preferably in similar position at a Service Center;
  • Change Management and coaching skills and experience;
  • Experience in implementing concepts and processes locally, following the global company model and guidance ;
  • Well connected to the local HR / Shared Services communities;
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills;
  • Strong project management skills;
