Job Description

  • monitoring and improving overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures;
  • implementing HR strategic initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
  • managing and driving successful talent attraction, new employee recruitment, performance management and employer branding processes, maintaining and improving the benefits programme;
  • supporting current and future business needs through the engagement and motivation of employees, providing decision support through HR metrics;
  • coaching HR team members on HRM processes and involving them in planned initiatives;
  • serving as an advisor to business teams and solving complex people problems by applying good judgement and data-driven insights;
  • ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Requirements

  • hands-on experience as HR Manager or a similar managerial role in a dynamic environment, preferably international;
  • expertise in employee life cycle management;
  • people-oriented, can-do and result-driven approach;
  • ability to build and effectively manage relationships at all levels of the organisation;
  • proven experience with Human Resources metrics and in-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices;
  • excellent active listening, negotiation, analytical, problem solving, and organisational skills;
  • fluency in English, both spoken and written;
  • coaching and mentoring experience would be an advantage.
