Job Description

Chosen candidate will be responsible for driving HR operations processes. This incorporates the management and maintenance of the SAP HR
system including data integrity & accuracy, maintaining relevant filing systems, preparation of all Employment related documentation and
leading Health and Safety processes, regulations and requirements.

As HR Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for employees, responding to/resolving a wide range of HR operational queries (e.g. policy and
process questions)
  • Liaising with team leaders and employees regarding a wide range of operational HR matters, e.g. ensuring and tracking that core HR
processes and transactions
  • Coordinating all employment lifecycle documents: from the initial documents for employment contract to leave or exit documents
  • Preparing employment certificates and business orders and employee internal transfers administration
  • HR policies, procedures and forms administration
  • Maintaining employee records for hire, transfer & termination of permanent employees, SI, contractors, consultants
  • Ensuring compliance with Global Standards and policies on data privacy and records management as they relate to Employee
  • Updating changes to employee data such as dependents information, personal data etc.


Essential skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Lithuanian Labour code and employment legislation
  • Proven experience leading HR operations processes
  • Good knowledge of Health and safety regulations
  • Fluent English skills

We also expect you possess:
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate to people at all levels both written and verbal
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office and SAP/HR (would be an advantage)
  • Close attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work autonomously without much supervision
  • University degree or equivalent
