Job Description
Chosen candidates will have to drive HR operations processes and also will be responsible for preparation of all Employment related documentation and
leading Health and Safety processes, regulations and requirements.
Responsibilities:
- To act as the main point of contact for employees, responding to/resolving a wide range of HR operational queries (e.g. policy and process
questions);
- To liaise with team leaders and employees regarding a wide range of operational HR matters, e.g. ensuring and tracking that core HR processes and
transactions (such as organisational management, time management and exit process are completed on time and correctly;
- Coordinate all employment lifecycle documents: from the initial documents for employment contract to leave or exit documents administration. Time
management: record and track all leave types, overtime and support summary working hours administration;
- Prepare employment certificates and business orders and employee internal transfers administration;
- HR policies, procedures and forms administration;
- Create and maintain relevant electronic and manual filing systems for document capture/storage, in line with records management policy and local
legislation Generate regular MI reporting such as daily, monthly, dashboard reports across the region. Support HRBP on ad hoc reporting requests;
- During the absences substitute Reward Advisor on payroll calendar responsibilities;
- Update and promote HR Intranet site;
- Support ad-hoc HR projects.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Lithuanian Labour code and employment legislation;
- Proven experience leading HR operations processes;
- Good knowledge of Health and safety regulations;
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate to people at all levels both written and verbal;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP/HR would be an advantage;
- Good time management and experience of prioritising and managing a large volume of work;
- Integrity and confidentiality (all HR matters are of a confidential nature);
- Close attention to detail and accuracy under pressure;
- Ability to work autonomously without much supervision.
