Your next big challenge?
As a strategic HR People Partner in Telia Lietuva Technology Division with over 1000 employees your focus is on building our organization’s culture and capabilities through performance, engagement and growth agendas. You take a lead in strategic workforce planning which is a vital input to recruitments, development plans and talent management. You also contribute to company’s long-term sustainability and competitiveness by cost control related topics.
This all means that on daily basis your task is to support managers, actively participate in unit’s management team and be the person who connects business needs to people related topics and trends. Your title People Partner means that you are not just a business partner but also a people´s person, who constantly thinks how to improve employee experience and be the true ambassador of our values – Dare, Care, Simplify.
Telia People & Brand is a group common unit, working by global processes and in a common HR system. You will belong to Lithuania core HR team with five other HR Partners and together you support all our units in Telia in Lithuania. It means that you take care of the local needs but at the same time take part in global HR management as the representative of you own country. You will have a great support from HR HUB in recruitment, development, C&B and several other roles in HR to cover most of the operational topics.
Who are you?
As a person you are strong in leadership, communication, interpersonal skills with the ability to cooperate with people on different levels in the organization. You have positive attitude to life and you love challenges because they enable to create new ideas, solutions and take you out of your comfort zone every once in a while.
- Higher education in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology or relevant professional experience
- In-depth expertise in HR practices and processes acquired in HR or working as a business leader
- 3 years' experience as HR Business Partner is an advantage
- Good analytical skills and know-how in Office based IT Tools
- Fluent Lithuanian and English languages are required, both written and spoken
