Job Description

This position offers a unique opportunity to join HR Support Service team at Festo Lithuania and be part of global HR platform administration process. Your duties will include responding to requests and making data changes as well as supporting HR colleagues globally. You will have the possibility to gain valuable experience, acquire new skills and competencies while working in the dynamic environment with international colleagues.

Your daily work day will look like:

  • Maintenance and administration of global HR platform;
  • Handling requests and making data changes within a system;
  • Providing consulting and guidance for HR colleagues worldwide;
  • Regular training for new HR colleagues on how to use the platform;
  • Other administrative tasks upon request.

Requirements

  • English language skills;
  • Attention to quality and detail;
  • Computer literacy;
  • Being responsible and professional;
  • Have good communication skills;
  • Be a proactive team player.

Nice to have:
