Job Description

This position offers an opportunity to join HR Support Service team at Festo Lithuania and be part of global HR platform administration process. Your duties will include responding to requests and making data changes as well as supporting local HR colleagues. This position gives a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience, acquire new skills and competencies while working in the dynamic environment with international colleagues.

Your daily work day will look like:

  • Maintenance and support of global HR platform
  • Performing of requests for organizational changes worldwide
  • Making data changes within a system
  • Providing daily consulting and guidance
  • Regular training for new HR colleagues on how to use the platform
  • Other administrative tasks upon request
