Job Description

  • Coordination and performing HR management activities: HRIS system (Workday) data changes, administration of job descriptions, support with termination process, relocation matters, and other documentation related to HR by application of rules, laws, procedures and policies
  • Coordination of training activities: vendors search, consultation for internal customers, training programs/events coordination
  • On-boarding and training related processes improvements
  • Support in recruitment activities, on-boarding processes, changes to employment contracts etc. within the framework of legal and corporate guidelines
  • Participation in HR projects and talent management process

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field is preferred
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of management
  • High level of accuracy, numerical understanding
  • Strong action orientation and drive for results
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Advanced English language

 

Beneficial skills:

  • Experience working with Workday or a similar HR system
  • Other language would be an advantage

  • Salary from 1800 eur/mon. gross, excluding bonus based on performance. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate
