Deliver hiring plan on time;
Maintain candidate’s data base and recruiting tool;
Create internal / external job descriptions and postings that attract the best talents for our team;
Doing proactive search using different recruitment channels;
Conduct job interviews, assess applicants’ skills;
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices;
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Requirements
Degree in HR / Communication or Social sciences;
Experience in recruitment, preferably in recruitment agency or a large international company;
Knowledge of recruitment tools and methods;
Good English Proficiency;
Problem solving skills;
