HR Specialist will be responsible for supporting the HR management team in implementation of different HR corporative projects and activities:
•Organize, administrate and coordinate personnel surveys in all YIT countries (Finland, Russia, Baltics & CEE);
•Administrate new HR software system (”Successfactors”) in Central Eastern Europe&Baltic countries;
•Work closely with YIT Corporation HR group managers developing these HR projects;
•Introduce, consult and coach HR team members with new HR software system;
•Support local HR Managers and other employees to effectively implement and use HR tools.
Reikalavimai
•University degree, minimum bachelor level, (preferably in management, HR);
•Over 2 years work experience in HR field;
•Advance user of HR system software (preferably Navision);
•Good Excel skills;
•Project managements/task coordination skills;
•Fluent English (written and spoken);
•Good planning, communication and organizing skills;
•Urge to learn new things, target oriented, systematical and analytical attitude;
•Capability to create networks and work independently towards targets;
•Positive, responsible personality.
