We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding and managing the Hiring Process; working alongside department managers; onboarding and offboarding; drafting and sending out contracts, training, etc.
  • Participation in HR policies development and implementation
  • Handling of HR matters including support with recruitment, payroll and leave administration
  • Calculating employee work hours, collecting employee timesheets (daily, weekly, monthly) and managing vacation, sickness and other absences
  • Being first point of contact for employees answering questions and providing guidance on fundamental HR topics
  • Ensuring that documentation is produced, and HR systems are updated accurately and in a timely manner in support of the above administrative transactions
  • Handling the recruitment process from the application procedure (including interviews) to drawing up of labor contracts and onboarding

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or equivalent
  • Experience in creation and implementation process of HR policies
  • Ability to conduct research and to prepare analyses and reports
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent knowledge of the English language; strong translation skills (English – Lithuanian)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites i.e. MS Word, Excel, Outlook;
  • Able to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Engaging personality with a hands-on-mentality
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
