We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Understanding and managing the Hiring Process; working alongside department managers; onboarding and offboarding; drafting and sending out contracts, training, etc.
- Participation in HR policies development and implementation
- Handling of HR matters including support with recruitment, payroll and leave administration
- Calculating employee work hours, collecting employee timesheets (daily, weekly, monthly) and managing vacation, sickness and other absences
- Being first point of contact for employees answering questions and providing guidance on fundamental HR topics
- Ensuring that documentation is produced, and HR systems are updated accurately and in a timely manner in support of the above administrative transactions
- Handling the recruitment process from the application procedure (including interviews) to drawing up of labor contracts and onboarding
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or equivalent
- Experience in creation and implementation process of HR policies
- Ability to conduct research and to prepare analyses and reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent knowledge of the English language; strong translation skills (English – Lithuanian)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites i.e. MS Word, Excel, Outlook;
- Able to work independently with little or no supervision
- Engaging personality with a hands-on-mentality
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
