HR Support Service Specialist (German required)

Job Description

This position offers an opportunity to join HR Support Service team at Festo Lithuania and be part of Employee Services, HR Payroll and SuccessFactors administration processes. Your role will include handling from various admin tasks to 1st level HR support for international colleagues. This position gives a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience, acquire new skills and competencies while working in the dynamic environment with international colleagues. There is an opportunity to work part-time.

 

Your daily workday will look like:

  • Managing Festo DE applicant hotline and HR mailbox info service
  • Reporting job advertisements, announcing of internships and cancelling applications
  • Correcting/registering/entering HR payroll data
  • Maintaining of competence catalogues and updating user manuals in SuccessFactors platform.
  • Documenting Talent Management Conferences
  • Other admin and process facilitation tasks

Requirements

  • English and German (B1-C1) language skills
  • Attention to quality and detail
  • Computer literacy
  • Proactive self-learner
  • Responsible and professional
