Job Description

HR Support Specialist provides general support to the Human Resources department in recruitment processes.

Job duties:
•Candidate management:
- creating job advertisements for interns
- sending letters of refusal
- taking care of applicant hotline
- tenders for students at job fairs and colleges
• Sending welcome mails to new employees
• Administering different SAP processes
• Other ad hoc HR duties

Requirements

• University degree in an HR or German language related subject
• Excellent German, verbal and written communications skills, good English skills.
• Good social skills and intercultural competence
• Strong customer focus and a team player
• Very good command of MS Office and SAP
• Good analytical and conceptual thinking
