Job Description

As a HR IT Consultant, you will represent the IT Department in the company and you will be responsible for HR systems and HR IT projects. You will be in close contact with HR department Key users ( HR RDC, PY, PT, MD, Leon, eRec, Talent, …) guiding them through requirements and specification management, testing coordination as also IT projects management.

Responsibilities:

  • Functional administration of the HR systems and Support of HR systems (escalation management, testing, functional administration, coordination between HR Systems and HR country ( SAP HR, Payroll system, Prisma, Travelmanagement, Viasto, Escriba, Cut/e, KPMG) );
  • Fit Gap Analysis on the systems and support the functional departments in defining locally required functionality;
  • Project management (lead HRIT projects, Overview of Contents,  Schedules and Interdependencies  of all HRIT Projects );
  • Key User Management (training, communication for starters&leavers);
  • User Administration for special functionalities;
  • Ensuring new  system functionality is tested and complies with functional specifications from the Key users;
  • Coordination of changes (releases and updates, single point of contact);
  • Coordination of testing;
  • Consulting in systems, interfaces and HW questions.

Requirements

  • Project management skills;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Proven experience as IT Consultant;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Experience in software testing;
  • Experience in information systems.

Desirable skills:

  • SAP HR  experience;
  • Vikarina experience;
  • German language;
  • Lidl experience.
