Job Description

You will work with other software engineers developing new web applications as identified by the supervisor and management for a cutting edge HTML 5 trading platform.

You will be developing using agile methodologies, implementing the front end GUI of the trading platform. You will maintain and enhance existing web applications, perform complete testing of web applications, conduct all user acceptance testing, and report results.

Requirements

BSc Degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum 3+ years of solid working experience in a web developer position
Expert professional experience with JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5
Strong understanding of OOP principles, and ability to use them in JavaScript
Client-side application design patterns and JavaScript best coding practices.
Experience with testing and version control systems
Fluency in English language
EU citizenship

Desired:

Good knowledge of communication protocols, WebSockets, SVG, Canvas and other modern web technologies
Experience with NodeJS
Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Experience with other programming languages (PHP, Ruby, Python)
