• Act as the main point of contact for employees, responding to/resolving a wide range of HR operational queries (such as policy and process
questions).
• Coordinate all employment life-cycle documents.
• Prepare employment certificates and business orders.
• Administrate employee internal transfers.
• Administrate HR policies, procedures and forms.
• Maintain employee records for hire, transfer and termination of permanent employees.
• Update changes to employee data.
• Help the Human Resources Manager with other tasks.
Requirements
• Proven human resources administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lithuanian Labor code and employment legislation.
• Knowledge of Health and safety regulations.
• Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written.
• University degree or equivalent.
