Basic Function of the Position – Serves as Human Resources Assistant and is responsible under the general supervision of the Management Officer for administration of Human Resources programs (Awards, Training, Recruitment) at post, provides technical support, advice and guidance to American and LE staff employees on a wide variety of personnel matters.
Requirements
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in human resources management and/or administrative office work in an international organization, private sector, or government institution that has substantial interaction with international officials and organizations.
JOB KNOWLEDGE: Good working knowledge of Lithuanian Labor and Social Codes.
Education Requirements: 2 years of college/university studies in general coursework is required.
LANGUAGE: Level 4 (fluent) English (reading/writing/speaking). Level 4 (fluent) Lithuanian (reading/writing/speaking) is required. This may be tested.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office programs (Access, Excel, Word, Internet environment).
Precision with details and numbers.
Ability to analyze and interpret basic issues of fact and law.

The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.
