Job Description

A strategic and hands-on role that provides full Human Resources support to all business units.  Responsible for the design, planning, and implementation of HR programs, policies and procedures compatible with Hollister’s Mission, Vision and People Strategy.  Responsible for providing outstanding internal customer support, driving HR functional excellence, and overall process improvements. 

Job responsibilities:

  • Strategically lead, as a business partner with production, the Human Resources functions to provide value added services to the organization

  • Provide leadership guidance to HR staff to encourage their development and service orientation

  • Implement HR programs in alignment with HR strategy throughout the organization, providing advice and excellent service to all associates

  • Develop and/or acquire new programs to fulfil identified needs in the spirit of continuous improvement

  • Develop and implement effective staffing and organizational design strategies while evaluating diversity.

  • Assess human resources needs, employee morale, and concerns of associates and management on a regular basis.  Liaison with management on the pulse of the organization. Provide timely solutions.

  • Maintain a network of external contacts appropriate to support Hollister business needs or to obtain information needed to achieve business plans.

  • Administer benefit programs at the local level to maximize associate understanding of and participation in Hollister programs.  Administer reward programs to recognize contributions.

  • Responsible for achieving competency in all identified skill requirements outlined in associated training profile for position.


  • At least 10 years of experience in HR generalist role
  • Experience of covering and leading all HR functions
  • Solid team management experience
  • Degree in Business, or related field
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of global HR trends and practices (preferred)
