As an Information Security Officer you will work closely with an experienced IT team within the country and will bear responsibility for the implementation and sustainable compliance with the international principles of information security policy. This role will also entail developing work programs, evaluating system controls, documenting results, making recommendations, and communicating information.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse and perform ongoing processes & controls consistent with the company guidelines and international standards;
- Identify weaknesses in internal controls and opportunities to enhance efficiencies;
- Record and document results and compare to expected results;
- Prepare, monitor timely completion of the action plans, and ensure that all concerns or deficiencies reported are solved.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field;
- 2+ years of experience in providing IT audit services;
- A professional certification, such as: CISA, CISSP, TISP or CISM is a plus.
- Reasoning, analytical and problem solving skills;
- Good English (written and verbal), German language would be considered as a big plus.
