Job Description

  • Take part in preparing system specifications at different project stages – create or help create system testing procedures and specifications
  • Plan, carry out, and coordinate system integration, quality checks, and handover to the client
  • Monitor and analyze system performance, identify improvements needed to meet contract requirements
  • Track and coordinate issue resolution, support decision-making
  • Contribute to a safe working environment by following internal health, safety, and environmental rules and procedures
  • Collect and provide insights and improvement suggestions based on your knowledge and experience
  • Prepare different reports related to project management and results

 

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering (automation, information systems, or a related field)
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Good English skills (written and spoken); other languages are a plus
  • Experience in conveyor or production lines, or engineering project management is an advantage
  • Results-oriented, proactive, able to motivate yourself and others
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel 50–80% of the time
  • Valid driver’s license
