Job Description

T-LAB professional - True Meaning of Luxury Hair Care - is cooperating with a passionate and dynamic professional within our Business Development Department for international sales enhancement in Europe, America and Asia-Pacific. For more information - www.tlabprof.com

We are looking for a creative sales professional with a proven track record and previous sales management experience, sales strategies development, setting targets and analyzing sales figures, preferably in cosmetics | beauty | luxury or other relevant industry in a sales role.
Reporting to Business Development Director.

1. Running client relations / sales operations for existing and potential customers in your target region: Europe, America or Asia-Pacific in order to reach required sales goals and accomplish annual/monthly sales plan.
2. Ensure that the products and marketing inquiry process is conducted in a timely manner that meets internal procedures and customer satisfaction.
3. Developing and maintaining high standard customers service.
4. Participating in international exhibitions in Europe | America | Asia-Pacific depending on target region with Company's booth (in cooperation with respective Company's specialists).
5. Searching for potential clients. Organizing and participating in business meetings and contracting.
6. Elaborating or adjusting respective sales and marketing documentation required by the client: business proposals, presentations, contracts, official letters etc. (in cooperation with the respective Company's specialists).
7. Systematic and consistent work with CRM and warehouse program.

Requirements

1. Degree in economics, international business, export trade, business management, marketing or other relevant education. Additional training would be an advantage.
2. 2+ years working experience as sales manager, client relations manager, (key) account manager or other relevant position in sales sphere. Working experience with various countries worldwide will be an advantage. Working in cosmetics / beauty / luxury industry will be an advantage.
3. Excellent sales and negotiation skills and enjoy the cut and thrust of closing a deal, whilst building long lasting client relationship.
4. Fluent business English is a must. Knowledge of other language (-s) such as Russian, Italian, French, Arabic, Chinese etc. will be an advantage.
5. Excellent business communication, negotiating, presentation and business writing skills.
6. Telephone manner, introductions and generating leads/potential new clients
7. At ease with "figures" and strong analytical skills
8. Hard-working, multi-tasking, self-motivated, passionate and reliable. High corporate ethics skills.
9. Creative, problem-solving and proactive approach
10. Last but not least, you are passionate about new trends in lifestyle, fashion, arts, luxurious things, new technologies and well-being.
