INVESTMENT PROJECT MANAGER (F/M/D) | IGNITIS RENEWABLES

Your key areas of responsibilities will be

• Coordinate M&A transactions and investment execution in renewable energy sector   
• Lead the preparation of accurate financial models for investment and M&A opportunity evaluation; supervise more junior members of the team   
• Participate in / lead the preparation and review of M&A transaction documents   
• Lead the due diligence process, review and ensure quality of transaction deliverables  
• Prepare and present investment related materials to various stakeholders and decision-makers  
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (legal, engineering, procurement, commercial, treasury etc.), external counterparties and advisors and independently coordinate deliverables of the junior members of the team   
• Be in charge of the internal approval processes and lead the preparation of board materials such as presentations, memorandums, approval papers etc.   
• Monitor the performance of portfolio investments and provide insights to the management   
• Lead the market research, identify industry trends and monitor the development of the regulatory framework; provide insights and updates to management on the transactions and changes in the market  
• Organize tenders for professional services (e.g. advisors for financial/tax due diligence)  
• Ensure the performance of other duties relevant to a role .

• Have a university degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, Mathematics or equivalent  
• Have at least 5 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, investment management or a related field  
• Have strong financial modelling skills, experience in building and utilizing valuation models  
• Have experience in conducting due diligence of investment opportunities  
• Have high level of accountability, strong communication skills, structured thinking, and attention to details  
• Highly motivated, experience in managing and prioritizing multiple projects and working under strict deadlines  
• Are a team player, with ability to collaborate with variety of teams (legal, technical, treasury etc.)  
• Have an excellent command of English  
• Have experience in negotiating with external counterparties (an advantage)
• Have enrollment in CFA, ACCA or a similar qualification (an advantage).
