Job Description

The Investor Relations Product Specialist manages a pool of Investor Relations website clients in EMEA, providing service to these clients via telephone and e-mail. The Product Specialist proactively partners with clients to maintain their websites, keep their content current and compliant, and educate the clients on other Corporate Solutions offerings. The Product Specialist is an extension of a client’s Investor Relations Department and acts as a liaison between different internal Nasdaq teams to address a client’s inquiries and issues.  The Product Specialist may periodically liaise between Nasdaq partners and clients associated with 3rd party providers for related services.

  • Provides service to Investor Relations website clients in EMEA via telephone and e-mail. Maintains/ updates the content and code of client websites.
  • Proactively reviews websites accounts and makes recommendations to promote product usage and upsell other Corporate Solutions offerings.
  • Responds to clients’ questions and concerns, ensuring that that all responses are timely and accurate.
  • Provides service for webcast products, and other products as needed.
  • Provides support and coverage to Global Service and Operations teams, including the Service Account Management teams.
  • Works with internal teams and third party vendors in support of all our product offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline;
  • Excellent English and French communication skills, both oral and written
  • (Preferred but not a must have): Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in one or two European languages: German, Spanish, Italian or Scandinavian languages
  • Excellent organization and presentation skills;
  • Internet proficiency a must, a good understanding of HTML and multimedia technology desired;
  • Ability to successfully manage high profile, high revenue accounts (ability to connect with senior leaders, e.g. CEO and CFO, on the client side);
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. Must be open to change;
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently;
  • Ability to analyze client concerns and make recommendations on next steps;
  • Ability to work independently within a team setting, with minimum manager supervision;
  • Minimum of three years previous work experience preferably in a client service environment;
