My name is Vaida Grucienė and I am leading Call Center Team in Telia Lietuva. Right now I am looking for an experienced highly motivated team member, IT system administrator to Call Center solutions management team in Vilnius/ Kaunas/ Šiauliai. We are working with new technologies and our task is to ensure, that our customers are getting best IT management service. It is fantastic opportunity to join us and to achieve goals together.
Your next challenge?
Call Center solutions management team is responsible for 2nd/ 3rd level systems/platforms support, system configuration, administration and deployment, system stability and availability assurance.
As an IT System administrator, you will be responsible for:
Performing various application support tasks - configuration, administration, deployment etc.
Analysis of systems/processes and initiation of necessary improvements and changes
Timely and effective resolution of failures
Collaboration with other supporting teams to resolve complex issues
Adjustment of monitoring processes considering changing needs
Meeting assigned project deadlines and work schedules
Automation of repetitive tasks
Who are you?
You are a quick learner, who wants to understand how IT services are working and eager to learn new things.
We expect that you have Bachelors degree in IT field and at least 2 years experience supporting and working with enterprise size Linux and/or Windows environments. Sufficient knowledge is required in:
Java application servers (tomcat, weblogic, etc.)
Web servers (nginx, apache)
Databases (MySQL etc.)
Scripting languages (Bash or other)
ITIL processes
Possession of any of the relevant certification would be an advantage.
Practice in virtualization technologies, micro services and containers (Docker etc.), High Availability solutions, IP network, Monitoring systems (Zabbix etc.), would be beneficial.

Working in this position you will receive a base salary from 1500 to 2900 Eur (gross). Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
