Get Ready To

• Ensure the availability of all relevant systems, through the implementation and management of maintenance, monitoring and change control strategies;
• Specification and ordering of equipment, software and services;
• Manage, deploy and support hardware (PC, Mac, printers, phones, and related peripheral devices);
• Review and analyze systems for accuracy and efficiency of processes;
• Upgrade, install and configure new hardware / software;
• Manage user accounts.

We Expect You To

• Experience working as a System Administrator or IT support is a great plus;
• Experience with supporting and deploying Apple products is a plus;
• Logical and practical in approach to solving complex problems;
• Understanding and troubleshooting the essentials of wired and wireless connectivity;
• Proficiency in English.
