Job Description

• Join EY Lithuania Business Advisory team and help companies to achieve measurable and sustainable performance improvement in their business operations.
  
• Provide a variety of services to our clients such as business advisory, business risk and financial risk management services.
  
• You will work as part of an experienced team of consultants, mostly focusing on IT aspects of the project.
  
• This is a perfect opportunity to be exposed to the largest and most ambitious IT projects and help companies to streamline their processes, to scope, implement and monitor large IT solutions.

Requirements

• We are first of all looking for a relentless ambition to grow and improve.
  
• Most of our team were top performers in their universities when they started a dazzling career with us.
  
• IT related education or some IT experience will help significantly, however we are not limited to this as long as you have a strong systematic understanding of IT solutions and how they help drive business processes.
  
• We are open to candidates in their last university years as well as people with some experience post-graduation.
  
• Good English is a must. Russian would be an advantage.
