IT Analyst at SEB Shared Service Center Vilnius

About the position

As an IT Analyst you will be responsible for the analysis and co-ordination of business workflows, dependencies in the Global Agreement System solution. Our solution is built on IBM Case Manager Platform.

You will work in international environment within globally distributed teams based in Vilnius and Stockholm and we expect your proactive cooperation with all team members. You will belong to 8-10 international specialists team.

• gather and understand the business requirements from stakeholders
• design, evaluate and document the implementation design together with developers
• follow up the implementation and do some testing
• support the team in complex, non-standard production incident and problem solving
• communicate to other IT teams, stakeholders within SEB and vendors
• understand and document how business products and workflows are implemented and setup on IT systems
• partially cover a role of Scrum Master

IT Solution Delivery (ISD) is a cross divisional support function within SEB. ISD consists of the following Areas: Trading, Wealth & Securities, Core solutions, Channels, Supporting systems, IT International, Delivery Office, Center of nablement for Continuous Delivery and Business Development & Support.

To succeed in this role your should have IT analyst/designer skills, and we would value your experience to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, together with the ability to set priorities are a must. You should be customer focused, able to create trust while working alone as well as being capable to be a good team player.

If you have project/team management experience then great! We will treat those as advantages together with Your experience working in financial industry, loans, or payment knowledge or experience working in agile environment.

Acting in the international environment will require you to possess good business and technical communication skills in English. Keep in mind that the job could imply a number of business trips outside of Lithuania.
