IT and Business Systems Manager

• Lead and manage IT projects and IT related matters across multiple business units.
• Own the company's business systems ecosystem and technology roadmap.
• Maintain and improve system reliability, security and performance.
• Manage integrations between critical business platforms (e.g.  QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop, Extensiv WMS, Shopify, ShipStation, Amazon Seller Central, EDI platforms, API-based integrations and Power BI).
• Design and maintain data flows between operational, financial and ecommerce systems.
• Partner closely with the CFO on financial systems, reporting and QuickBooks integrations.
• Develop business intelligence dashboards and KPI reporting tools.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and AI implementation.
• Manage software vendors, consultants and third-party technology providers.
• Oversee and mentor the company's IT support specialist(s).
• Document systems, processes and technical workflows.
• Provide strategic technology recommendations that improve scalability, efficiency and visibility across the organization.

• 5+ years of experience in IT management, business systems management, IT project management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software integrations, APIs and business process automation.
• Experience working with ERP, WMS, accounting or ecommerce platforms and systems integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional English proficiency, both written and verbal (C1 level).
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities
• Experience implementing AI-driven business solutions.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience supporting logistics, warehouse management systems (WMS), fulfilment operations or ecommerce businesses.
• Experience with QuickBooks integrations (or similar accounting/ERP software).
• Experience with Extensiv, Shopify or Amazon ecosystems.
• Previous people management experience.
