IT Developer/Specialist in IT Service Management

As an IT developer/specialist in IT Service Management you will be building, operating and maintaining our end-2-end solutions that support both internal and external customers in Danske Bank. We are focusing on what brings value and are constantly striving to do more with less.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for independently or as part of a team developing, implementing and maintaining solutions within area of expertise
• Responsible for ensuring that the solutions are consistent with business and IT strategies and the Group's guidelines for the area of expertise which is achieved through:
o Appreciation of the business needs for the solution
o Facilitating and performing analyses as dictated by needs and requirements
o Identifying and evaluating potentials
o Primarily independently planning, estimating and prioritising own assignments
o Designing and constructing the solution independently or through a supplier
o Proactively challenging implemented solutions
o Being instrumental in driving, facilitating and executing organisational implementation of the solution to the business's satisfaction
o Primarily independently liaising with the business on the solution

• Experience with JavaScript, CSS and common web development technologies.
• Experience with MySQL and probably also about common IT infrastructure components and automation.
• Preferably have experience with CMDB and ServiceNows scanning tool or similar
• Experience in ServiceNow – either as a developer or in maintaining/operating a ServiceNow platform is a huge advantage
