Get Ready To

• Use your technical knowledge to help others improve technically
• Train your soft skills in inspiring, communicating, and helping your mentees
• Help mentees set their goals and project scope
• Have a weekly 1-hour 1:1 with your mentees
• Organize mid and final evaluations of mentees’ projects
• Set evaluation criteria for mentees’ projects

We Expect You To

• Be able and willing to communicate and share the knowledge
• Have experience in mentoring or teaching
• Have features of a good mentor: approachability, availability, and the ability to listen
• Be honest, diplomatic, objective, and fair
• Have at least 3 years of experience working with React, Gatsby, or NextJS
• Have experience working with Redux, Redux-Saga, Styled-Components, Firebase, and Typescript
• Have experience and knowledge of RESTful APIs (or GraphQL)
• Be knowledgeable of good UI/UX practices

Working hours: in the evenings, several times a week.
