Job Description
- Develop testing methods and use tools that cover the whole lifecycle of a product;
- Analyse and evaluate existing software to suggest possible improvements;
- Assess and modify requirements for the purpose of creating test cases;
- Quantify test results and provide insightful solutions as appropriate to internal team;
- Responsibility to provide technical investigation updates/progress to project team;
- Work alone as well as being a good team player;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Understanding of the software test process;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to approach a problem logically and systematically;
- Knowledge of software test methods and techniques;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with team members and management;
- Accuracy and consistency;
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving;
- Ability to quickly and easily extract information from busy software developers;
- Ability to multi-task and work under demanding deadlines;
- Acute attention to detail, with an ability to detect subtle errors and ambiguities;
- Customer service skills and ability to manage business relationships.
- Experience in a software testing role would be beneficial.
