IT QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER

A person in this role will be responsible for validation of computerised systems, which support various production and quality management areas.

Main responsibilities:

• Maintain computerised systems validation projects from an initiation to a closeout.
• Assist in a review and development of technical specifications for computerised systems.
• Assist in a risk management processes, for eliminating or reducing risks associated with computerised systems.
• Develop and maintain validation plans, qualification protocols, reports and other deliverables within the scope of validation plans;
• Execute tests, collect and report results according to developed qualification protocols;
• Ensure initiation/preparation and closeout of all computerised system validation related deviations;
• Ensure that the systems validation state is maintained after a release by performing a periodic and a non-periodic review and re-validation, when required.
• Work in liaison with IT and end-user departments to ensure validation activities are completed in expected timelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, IT or other exact sciences discipline (could be last year student);
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Lithuanian;
• Ability to work and interact with various personnel;
• Good computer knowledge: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
• Understanding of software development life-cycle (SDLC).
• Understanding how native, web based applications and database management systems operate.

Preferred Qualification:

• Planning, organizational and project management skills;
• Basic technical understanding of manufacturing equipment, manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of of cGMP regulations.
• Knowledge of computerised system development life cycle.
• Experience in computerised system validation or software testing.
