Job Description
- Perform full personnel recruiting process by attracting IT specialists;
- Manage all organization's HR function in LT;
- Handle all tasks for onboarding and new hire orientation;
- Administrate talents training process;
- Assist in executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations;
- Ensure that HR objectives are met, perform standard reports for ongoing company requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in an HR field, IT recruiting;
- Advanced written and spoken communiaction skills in English (min. B2 level);
- Strong project management skills;
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian Employment legislation, proven experience in creating HR documentation and reporting;
- Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics and cultural awareness;
- Resourceful, problem-solving attitude;
- Comfortable working with individuals at all levels.
