Job Description

  • Perform full personnel recruiting process by attracting IT specialists;
  • Manage all organization's HR function in LT;
  • Handle all tasks for onboarding and new hire orientation;
  • Administrate talents training process;
  • Assist in executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations;
  • Ensure that HR objectives are met, perform standard reports for ongoing company requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in an HR field, IT recruiting;
  • Advanced written and spoken communiaction skills in English (min. B2 level);
  • Strong project management skills;
  • Good knowledge of Lithuanian Employment legislation, proven experience in creating HR documentation and reporting;
  • Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics and cultural awareness;
  • Resourceful, problem-solving attitude;
  • Comfortable working with individuals at all levels.
